7. Face/Voice Consent Data

Our Selfie-to-Video and creator features may process biometric data including facial geometry and voice characteristics. We handle this data with special care:

Biometric data is only processed with your explicit, informed consent
Consent records are maintained and auditable within the app
You may revoke biometric consent at any time through the Consent Management screen
Upon consent revocation, associated biometric data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days
Biometric data is encrypted at rest and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes
Creator assets containing biometric data are subject to the creator's own consent agreements

8. Credit & Payment Data

We maintain records of your credit balance, purchase history, and transaction details. Credit purchase amounts, export costs, and usage history are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Payment card details are processed and stored exclusively by our payment partners (Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple) and are never stored on our servers.

Our app integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Stripe: Payment processing for credit purchases and Pro Human Ads transactions
RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase handling
Apple: App distribution, in-app purchases, and App Store review processes

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup and recovery purposes, and may retain anonymized/aggregated data indefinitely for analytics.
