Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Astra Visio ("the App"), operated by Astra Visio Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Astra Visio platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
2. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
3. Credit System & Payments
Astra Visio operates on a credit-based system for content generation and export:
- Credits may be purchased through in-app purchases via Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly through Stripe
- Credit purchases are non-refundable once added to your account balance
- Credits are consumed when generating AI content, exporting media, or purchasing premium templates
- Export costs vary based on resolution, format, and content complexity
- Pricing for credits and services is subject to change with reasonable notice
- Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
4. AI-Generated Content
- You retain all rights to the inputs you provide (text descriptions, images, brand assets)
- You grant us a limited license to process your inputs through our AI systems for the purpose of generating content
- AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" — we make no guarantee of accuracy, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose
- You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights
- We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from AI interactions to improve our models
- AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results
5. Pro Human Ads Service
Our Pro Human Ads service connects you with professional creators for hand-crafted ad campaigns:

- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Additional revisions beyond tier limits may incur extra fees
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
- Refunds for Pro Human Ads orders are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We facilitate the connection between you and creators but do not guarantee specific outcomes
6. Template & Creator Marketplace
- Premium templates purchased through the marketplace are licensed for your personal or commercial use
- Template licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license purchased templates
- Revenue from template and creator asset sales is split 70/30 (70% to the creator, 30% to the platform)
- Creators are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- We reserve the right to remove templates or assets that violate our guidelines
7. Face/Voice Consent
Certain features process biometric data including facial geometry and voice characteristics:
- Biometric data processing requires your explicit, informed consent before any processing occurs
- Consent can be managed and reviewed through the in-app Consent Management screen
- You have the right to revoke biometric consent at any time
- Upon revocation, associated biometric data will be deleted within 30 days
- Creator assets utilizing biometric data are governed by separate consent agreements between creators and the platform
- We comply with applicable biometric privacy laws including BIPA, GDPR, and similar regulations
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Astra Visio to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
- Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Circumvent credit requirements or payment mechanisms
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
9. Intellectual Property
The Astra Visio app, including its design, features, AI models, templates, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Astra Visio Team and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Visio Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
