Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on complexity. Your credit balance is displayed in your wallet and never expires as long as your account is active.
Credit purchases are non-refundable once added to your account balance. If you experience a technical issue that caused unintended credit consumption, please contact our support team and we'll review your case. Refunds for Pro Human Ads orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
AI Instant Ads typically generate within 30-90 seconds depending on complexity and current server load. Selfie-to-Video transformations may take 1-3 minutes. You'll see a real-time progress indicator while your content is being created. You can continue using other parts of the app while generation is in progress.
You can export content in multiple resolutions including 720p, 1080p, and 4K. Various aspect ratios are supported: 16:9 (landscape), 9:16 (portrait/stories), 1:1 (square), and 4:5. Higher resolution exports consume more credits. All exports are rendered as high-quality MP4 files suitable for any platform.
Choose your pricing tier ($149/$249/$399), describe your ad requirements including target audience, brand guidelines, and desired style. A professional creator is assigned to your order and begins production. You'll receive a first draft within the delivery timeline, then can request revisions based on your tier. Track your order status in real-time through the app.
Navigate to the Consent Management screen in the app to view, manage, and revoke biometric data consents. Before any facial or voice data is processed, you'll be presented with a clear consent agreement. You can revoke consent at any time, and associated biometric data will be deleted within 30 days of revocation.
You can request account deletion through the app settings or by emailing djtwin25@outlook.com. Upon deletion, your personal data and media content will be removed within 90 days. Please note that unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be refunded. Financial records may be retained as required by law.

Visit the Creator Hub in the app to apply as a marketplace creator. You'll need to submit samples of your work and agree to our creator terms. Once approved, you can upload templates and assets, set pricing in credits, and earn a 70% revenue share on all sales.
